Located near the subway, in the heart of the city. The staff is polite, solving all problems. Good breakfast, but the usual. The room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable. There's a fridge and a safe. As a bonus, there was water and fruit.
The hotel is positioning itself at 4 stars, I'd give you 3. There's no kettle or tea supplies in the room. The toiletries are gel and soap. There was no mini-bar. Breakfast is good, but it's not 4 stars either. From unpleasant impressions: the trip coincided with the riots, wanted to change the hotel to a more distant from the center, wrote a letter to the hotel asking to cancel the reservation. But she got no answer!

The hotel is in a fantastic location - right next to the Cathedral and only a 5 minute walk to La Rambla and 10 to Plaza Catalunya. The staff were very nice (and spoke good English which was handy for us with our only basic grasp of Catalan!) and the breakfast (which was included in our room rate) also consisted of a really nice spread and selection of food.

Nothing. It's the worst (apparently) 4stars hotel in my life

Unboxing my experience
The location was perfect for exploring, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered a lovely variety. A minor inconvenience was the room size, but it was practical. The nearby church bells added a unique touch to the stay. I'd definitely return!

Delicious breakfast, perfectly clean hotel, best possible location in the centre of the Gothic quarter. A nice size room, super bathroom with a roll-in shower. Particularly nice views to a Cathedral wonderful and good facilities.

Very small rooms with nearly no light. If you have a room to the back yard then complain straight away. The back of the hotel is also shared with a local pet shop which sells dogs. The noise from the dogs starts everyday at 06.00 am until the shop opens. Dont open the window or the balcony door, the dog smell is unbelievable. I wouldnt only recommend this hotel for its location:(

The room was cozy and had a lovely view of the
Street below. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions. The room was quite small and lacked some basic amenities like a coffee maker. The staff were helpful was great.

Location is very good. Nedt to metro and in walkimg distance to city centre.
Its not a 4 star hotel, more like 2. Wifi is working slow like its 1995 and has dial-up modem. When you shut down lights, the ac outlets stoped working. There was no minibar.

Request a room away from the street for quieter nights, especially in such a lively city.

Superb location, cetral for sights and transport. Very helpful staff.
The snack bar in reception area would have been lovely for an evening coffee/night cap but it never appeared open or manned. Even if one could have asked through reception, it didn´t look very welcoming when all in darkness.

Rooftop terrace, Unique charm of the Gothic Quarter, Proximity to metro and transport links
For a hotel of this supposed caliber, why is there an extra charge for using the in-room safe? Ridiculous!!! The lack of coffee-making facilities in the rooms feels outdated. A bit more attention to basic comfort could really elevate the experience!!!

Quality Hotel with great staff and in an ideal location for getting to all the major tourist attractions. Good value for money with comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi. Will definitely stay there again.
Nothing, as far as I am concerned it was just perfect!!

The location was good but there is a bunch of other hotel in the same area that are much much better
This Is not a 4 stars hotel at all. I've never seen such a bad service in my life. The check-in time Is from 3pm, we got there a 8pm and they gave us a really really bad room and when we complained they told us that they gave our room to someone else because we came too late. The room was really small, from the balcony you could see the bathroom of an other room and you could hear a lot of noise outside even with the window closed. The bathroom was not clean at all. The toilet were disgusting. There was a hole in the wall!! The next day we went to complain again because the manager was finally there! And he told us ' if you are not happy then just leave the hotel!' He screamed at us and said that he would not give us our money back if we leave and told us again to leave! We were pretty scared because he looked like he had taken drugs or something, he was shaking and moving a lot. He also told me a few time to stop to talk to him. Then after a pretty long time to complain they finally gave us an other room which was better but still not good at all. Of corse the hallway was really smelly and there is no a/c at all in the hotel so it's really really hot!!! Then on the night time there is no light at all in the hotel and nobody never ask you a thing when you get in so you don't feel really safe. Also There is no room service!! Run away from this hotel!!! You can find much cheaper for a better service and a better room!!
